Due to sustained growth, they are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join on a permanent basis.Your new role As a Commercial Solicitor, you''ll play an important part in supporting the organisation''s commercial activity across a broad and varied portfolio of work. This is a hands on, business facing role where you''ll work closely with colleagues in procurement, commercial, operational and project teams.You will handle a wide range of non contentious commercial matters, including: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreementsAdvising stakeholders on contract structure, risk, and commercial strategySupporting the organisation with procurement related commercial activityLeading and managing your own caseload with autonomy and confidence Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice: Helping stakeholders understand legal implications in plain, practical languageInfluencing ..... full job details .....
