Our client are a Comercial Contractor who have sites across the the London and surrounding Areas. They are looking for a strong Contracts Manager to work on their projects. The Role As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee 3-5 refurbishment schemes simultaneously, managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for both commercial and project management aspects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing multiple refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Managing all aspects of the contract, from tender stage to final handover. Leading site meetings with clients, stakeholders, and the supply chain. Enforcing quality control, issuing improvement notices where necessary. Providing clear and constructive feedback to subcontractors and internal teams. Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with internal teams to drive company success. About You Degree or equivalent high-level training in construction or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on refurbishment. Based locally to our Stevenage office and able to work office-based full-time. Strong-willed, confident, and able to resolve issues at site and client level.
