Electrical Supervisor

to join a dynamic local authority in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with an electrical background to join a fantastic MandE team.Salary:

£50,000 - £55,000, excellent benefits and pension.Responsibilities:

Oversee electrical services, maintenance, installations, and parts of complex capital works across organisational stock.Ensure electrical compliance for the full local authority portfolio.Prepare reports as required.Work with contractors and consultant partners to ensure that customer involvement and satisfaction is at the core of the decision-making process and delivery of services.Requirements:

Prior experience working in a similar role within a social housing provider or local authority.In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and responsibilities.Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between contractors, consultancies, and other stakeholders.Benefits:
