A leading organisation are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join its finance leadership team on a 6 month fixed-term basis, this is to support them during a period of absence in the team. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide expert financial guidance, oversee financial performance across a portfolio of sites, and lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality finance support services. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of financial management across multiple business units, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and helping to drive financial sustainability and value for money.
