This role offers the opportunity to deliver personalised, autism-affirming education in small class settings, starting in September, with the possibility of an earlier start.Day-to-day of the role:Teach small classes of 6-8 students, focusing on creating a supportive and effective learning environment.Conduct some 1 to 1 bespoke teaching sessions, tailoring approaches to individual student needs.Develop and implement individual lesson plans that cater specifically to the needs of autistic students.Required Skills and Qualifications:PGCE qualification; QTS is desirable but not mandatory.Experience in SEND/autism or a strong interest in this area.Ability to create and adapt teaching materials and methods to meet the needs of autistic students.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.Benefits:Competitive salary with an additional allowance of £4,787 for a Level 7 autism-focused qualification.Flexible working options with full-time or part-time available.Working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.Non-teaching Wednesdays for professional development and wellbeing.Informal dress code in a supportive, values-led culture.How to Apply:If you are ..... full job details .....
