Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Operations: Support the Development Manager in overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance activity. Ensure a premier living environment for residents while upholding pristine estate presentation.- Contractor Management: Lead and manage third-party contractors, including Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) suppliers, ensuring proper performance and safe working practices.- Compliance and Health and Safety: Oversee statutory compliance records through internal software. Conduct routine testing on emergency lighting, fire alarms, smoke vents, and emergency lift lines.- Day-to-day Management: Conduct frequent site and communal area inspections, manage stock control, facilitate utility meter readings, and monitor CCTV operations.- Financial and Admin Support: Assist the Development Manager with budget coordination, contract reviews, lease compliance, and waste management systems.
