You will be a go getter, with a strong can do attitude and willingness to learn coupled with being a team player, sociable and have the ability to turn a negative into a positive. You will be processing orders coming into the business and answering customer enquires coming through via telephone or email. You will have the ability to follow processes with strong attention to detail when processing orders and handle complaints as and when.
