Your new role Financial Operations and Controls Take ownership of a broad range of day-to-day financial processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and strong financial governance. Oversee the processing, review and validation of a significant volume of expenditure-related transactions. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure supporting documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies. Provide support across transactional finance activities when required. Reporting and Analysis Produce regular financial reporting and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Investigate variances and identify trends, risks and opportunities across departmental expenditure. Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial reporting packs and stakeholder presentations. Assist with forecasting and budgeting activities, providing meaningful commentary and insight. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with managers across the organisation to gather information, understand business activity and provide financial guidance.
