The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards, preferably with experience in luxury international brands.A qualification in Kitchen Production (e.g., NVQ in Food Preparation or equivalent) is required, as is some international experience. A comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential.
