Drive PMO activities across several client projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are metDevelop and maintain robust project governance frameworksPrioritise initiatives based on strategic goals and available resourcesMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholdersMaintain and manage RAID logs to identify risks and resolve issues earlyEnsure clear communication flows between project teams and stakeholdersAddress project escalations and remove obstacles promptlyReview and improve project deliverables such as presentations, BRDs, and Target Operating ModelsRequirements

3 to 5 years’ experience working in Capital Markets within a major consultancySuccessful completion of a Capital Markets graduate scheme at a leading consultancyProven expertise in PMO functions including tracking, reporting, and RAID managementExperience managing comprehensive project plans from start to finishStrong communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levelsIf you have solid PMO experience in Capital Markets consultancy and want to be part of a growing team, apply now for immediate consideration.
