Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an-Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the-Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The-Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias,-will be responsible for:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, repairs and minor installations across the site.
- Complete testing, fault-finding and diagnosis activities, ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Assist with wiring, calibration and alignment tasks while using appropriate tools and test equipment.
- Follow safe systems of work, including lock-off/tag-off procedures, and maintain compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, support housekeeping standards and actively participate in toolbox talks and site safety initiatives.
To be successful for this-Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias-role you must have:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
- Proven knowledge of electrical systems, plant and control equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and maintenance procedures.
- Experience working within a maintenance, facilities management or engineering environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong commitment to health, safety and compliance standards.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to raise concerns and escalate issues when required.
