They''re looking for a System Support Analyst to join their IT team and play a key role in supporting their core business systems and ensuring everything runs smoothly within a production environment. Location: Gloucestershire/Cotswolds Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office? Monday-Friday | 8:45am-5pm £35,000 salary + benefitsWhat will you be doing? Providing production support across core line of business systems, managing incidents, service requests and operational issues through to resolution. Monitoring system performance, application health, data processing and integrations to identify issues early and minimise business disruption. Investigating recurring incidents and system issues, carrying out root-cause analysis and helping drive permanent fixes and improvements. Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned systems, developing a strong understanding of functionality, configuration, data flows and dependencies.?Supporting change and release activity, including testing, validating production changes and maintaining technical documentation.
