ALink Recruitment are looking for 6 AssocRICS Building Surveyors to survey rail assets across London; stations, depots, warehouses, lineside buildings, escalators, equipment rooms etc. The role will involve collecting information on an iPad; assessing the condition of the internal and external elements of each station as well as identifying building defects, to diagnose causes and to specify remedies.
