This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual to play a key role in the smooth running of a fast-paced sales office environment.As Sales Administrator, you''ll be responsible for managing the complete order process from receipt through to dispatch, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering accurate administrative support across both UK and export markets. Key Responsibilities Receive, process, and validate sales orders, amending where necessary to meet customer and internal requirements Review, release, and cancel sales orders in line with business procedures Respond promptly and professionally to direct telephone calls and email enquiries Set up and maintain accurate customer accounts, records, and pricing information Prepare customer quotations from current price lists with accuracy and efficiency Maintain strong customer focus and consistently deliver a high level of customer service Monitor and check the progress of orders, ensuring any special customer requirements are met Book and coordinate UK and export shipments with relevant carriers and logistics providers Provide general administrative support to the wider sales team Produce and run various ..... full job details .....
