This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Service Desk, NOC, Operations Centre, Control Room or other mission-critical operational environments. You will monitor operational systems, manage critical communications, support incident management, and ensure the safe and continuous operation of energy assets. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for operational alerts and service requests via phone, email, chat and monitoring tools. Log, manage and track incidents and service requests through to resolution or appropriate escalation. Monitor operational dashboards, applications and communication channels within a 24/7 shift environment. Receive, validate and process operational instructions from authorised stakeholders. Communicate operational updates clearly to internal teams and asset owners. Monitor system performance and identify operational issues, escalating where required.
