This role is for a KS1 and KS2 Teaching Assistant at a High Wycombe Primary School. You will have the opportunity to support pupils across the primary age range and work closely alongside class teachers to ensure that all students are able to access the curriculum.

The KS1 and KS2 Teaching Assistant will provide support during lessons, answer questions, assist pupils when needed and help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The successful KS1 and KS2 Teaching Assistant will be dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children''s learning and development.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teachers and pupils
• Ability to create an encouraging and positive learning environment
• Ability to remain calm and patient during challenging situations
• Good understanding of the primary school curriculum and classroom learning
• Commitment to providing a safe, healthy and supportive environment for children
• Ability to support teachers with managing pupil behaviour
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
• A genuine passion for supporting children across KS1 and KS2
