Job Description: Thrive Personnel Ltd are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Hand Joiners on behalf of our client in Bradford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, bespoke furniture components and products, working from detailed drawings and specifications. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of traditional and modern joinery techniques. Responsibilities: Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications to produce accurate furniture components. Select appropriate timber and materials, ensuring they meet the required quality standards. Operate a variety of woodworking machines, such as saws, planers, and routers, to cut, shape, and prepare materials. Assemble furniture components using adhesives, screws, dowels, and other appropriate fixings. Hand-finish furniture items to a high standard, including sanding, filling, and preparing surfaces for finishing. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
