You will play a key role leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety procedures, promoting a culture of safety across the business. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in line with industry regulations and best practices. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits across the manufacturing site, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions. Lead health and safety training initiatives to ensure that employees are informed about workplace safety, emergency protocols, and safe work practices. Monitor and report on health and safety performance, ensuring the business meets both internal and external safety standards. Ensure the workplace remains compliant with all relevant local and national safety regulations. Investigate and report on accidents, near-misses, and safety-related incidents, and ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
