Manage contract execution and development activitiesSupport development of GFA strategy, including SCM, Energy Transition, and digital initiativesAssist in contract creation, execution, and revision proceduresMaintain communication with GFA management, SCM sites, and membersDevelop and enhance digital toolsPrepare quarterly contract analysis and dashboardsSupport pre-negotiations and strategic preparationsAttend meetings, record key points, and follow up on actionsAnalyze market data and support new market and customer developmentRespond to customer inquiries and manage ordersEnsure internal controls for business processesExecute contracts, orders, and shipments using SAP, iTIMS, and related documentsPerform additional tasks as assignedIdeal Candidate Profile
Experience in the energy industry (Oil and Gas)Understanding of business processes and IT systemsProcurement and logistics experienceInternational business experienceExperience in client meetings (online or face-to-face)Knowledge of QAQC, HSSE, risk management, and legal considerationsAttention to detail and strong communication skillsAbility to handle complex tasks under deadlinesBack-office skills: SAP, Excel, Word, basic accountingPreferred Qualifications
