Manpower are currently looking for an experienced production operative/ manufacturer for a client based on the outskirts of Louth.

Start Date- ASAP following an interview
Pay Rate- £12.21 per hour
Hours/ Shifts- Mon- Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri- 9am-3:30

The role begins in a temporary position where the successful candidate will be experienced in the assembly of transformers or have transferable skills in a similar role. Main duties will include-

• Winding transformers
• Soldering
• Crimping
• Laminating
• General assembly of generator parts
• There may also be periods where you might be expected to work in a general operative role and jump in to other teams where necessary

For the successful candidate, this may lead to further continuous work; However, this would be discussed dependant on a probationary period.
