On-Site Contract Manager 

Milton Keynes 

£29,000 - £32,000 DOE + commission and bonuses

OA are looking for an experienced Contract/Account Manager to work on our clients site in Northampton, managing their temporary recruitment.

Contract Manager duties:

• Work closely with client to understand their recruitment requirements
• Manage temporary workforce
• Register new candidates, ensuring fully compliant 
• Providing regular, accurate and meaningful reports
• Identifying issues early on and create practical solutions
• Supporting the client through periods of growth, change and increased demand

What we''re looking for in a Contract Manager:

• Background in Recruitment is essential 
• Experience within a Contract Coordinator/Manager or Account Manager role 
• Confident in speaking and meeting new people is essential 
• Willingness to learn is key
• Ability to manage multiple priorities 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
