As an Internal Sales Support, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and responding to incoming customer enquiries in line with company procedures
• Preparing quotations for standard products using the internal pricing system
• Liaising with the planning team to confirm and maintain delivery schedules
• Keeping customers updated on any changes to their orders
• Logging customer feedback and handling incoming calls professionally

As an Internal Sales Support, your experience will include:

• B2B customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or electronics environment
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• IT literate, including MS Excel, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Experience with an ERP or CRM system is desirable
