About-the-Role
Our-client-is-looking-for-confident,-empathetic,-and-customer-focused-individuals-to-join-their-busy-contact-centre-team.-As-a-Customer-Service-Representative,-you-will-be-the-first-point-of-contact-for-a-wide-range-of-customer-queries,-ensuring-each-interaction-is-handled-with-professionalism-and-care.
This-is-a-full-time,-office-based-role-for-the-first-6-months,-after-which-hybrid-working-will-be-available.
Key-Responsibilities
- Act-as-the-first-point-of-contact-for-customers-via-phone-and-email
- Handle-enquiries-related-to-rent,-repairs,-account-management,-and-other-services
- Manage-a-high-volume-of-calls-while-maintaining-excellent-service-standards
- Handle-complaints-with-empathy-and-professionalism,-aiming-for-fast-and-effective-resolutions
- Follow-up-with-customers-to-ensure-satisfaction-and-gather-feedback
- Provide-informal-support-and-guidance-to-new-team-members
Skills-and-Experience:
- Strong-customer-service-and-active-listening-skills-prior-office-based-experience-is-not-required-but-would-be-preferred
- Resilient-and-empathetic,-especially-when-handling-complex-or-challenging-calls
- Comfortable-with-technology,-able-to-use-multiple-systems-while-speaking-with-customers
- A-team-player-who-communicates-effectively-with-colleagues-across-the-business
