You’ll oversee machinery controls, infrastructure, and energy systems, managing projects from small budgets to £1 million+, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and cost-effectively.You’ll collaborate with engineers, management, production, and maintenance teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our world-class manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBe a role model for safety and Ford+ valuesDrive a zero-accident culture and champion equityOversee controls and electrical infrastructure for plant performance improvementsLead electrical and controls engineering projects towards The Factory of the FutureManage project costs, ensuring maximum value for the companyImplement innovative engineering solutionsOversee contractors, ensuring health and safety complianceWork with internal and external teams to deliver successful projectsSupport continuous improvement across the businessWhat You Need to SucceedDegree in Electronics Engineering
(or related field)Experience in Electrical and Electronics disciplines
(desirable)Project management expertise , with budgets up to
£10 millionManufacturing experience
(or similar environment)Computer literacy
(Excel, Word, Project Management software)Engineering specification and legal compliance knowledgeAnalytical mindset , strong communication and self-motivationTechnical Skills
