This is a vital role for an experienced social worker looking to lead, support and mentor others while maintaining a complex caseload and driving forward quality social work practice.As a Senior Social Worker, you will offer professional supervision and guidance to a small number of staff, contribute to the delivery of early intervention and strength-based assessments, and play a key role in safeguarding, service development, and quality assurance.
