HGV Class 1 Driver Location: Tamworth Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Start Time: 02:30am Pay Rate: 20.00 per hour Contract: Ongoing with potential for Temp-to-Perm Class 1 Driver Required - Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver for a leading logistics operation based in Tamworth. This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. Offering a consistent early morning start time and a straightforward delivery route, this role would suit a professional and reliable driver looking for long-term, stable work. The Role Monday to Friday shift pattern with a 02:30am start. Deliver automotive parts and components to a dealership in Leatherhead. Deliveries consist of cages and palletised goods. Some handball will be required as part of the unloading process. Drivers will be issued with keys and access codes to gain entry to customer premises, as deliveries are completed before site staff arrive. Complete all relevant delivery paperwork and vehicle checks. Ensure all deliveries are made safely, professionally, and on time. In addition to the regular route, drivers may occasionally be required to: Complete collections from sites in Crick and Daventry. Undertake other ad hoc transport duties as required by the business.
