5 days per weekAs a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:Competitive basic salary of up to £27,000OTE £45,000 - £50,000 (Uncapped)Career progressionOngoing training and support5-day working weekThe role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator will involve the following:Driving the business forward by offering excellent customer serviceDealing with all applicant enquiries via phone and online portalsOrganising and attending viewings, negotiating lets between landlords and tenantsUpdating landlords on property marketing progressUndertaking any other reasonable duties as assignedEnsuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Data Protection Act principlesCalling out new propertiesThe successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will need:Lettings experience essentialValuing experience ideallyStrong proven track recordTeam playerAmbitious and highly drivenClean driving licence and own vehicle
