This is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic and operational management of a diverse property portfolio, supporting long-term financial planning and helping deliver an ambitious asset management strategy.The postholder will take a proactive approach to maximising the use, performance, and value of the estate-identifying opportunities for income generation, efficiency, and improved service delivery. This role plays a key part in supporting the wider corporate property objectives and ensuring assets are used effectively to meet organisational priorities.
