hours per week, however this needs to be flexible dependent on workload.Salary and BenefitsCompetitive salary and allowances7% employer contribution to pension3x Life assurancePrivate healthcare and private dentalFree eye tests and vouchers towards glassesEmployee assistance programmeEmployee referral programmeTraining and development support to widen skills and knowledge240 hours annual leave per annum, increasing by 12 hours per years'' service up to max 300 hoursThe RoleThe Projects Manager is a certifying engineer who is not part of the standard station roster; the role requires administrative and managerial duties with aircraft support as deemed appropriate by them. They are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of their locations as well as meeting all regulatory needs and reporting any deficiencies to the Operational Maintenance Manager for their region.Other Duties InvolvePlanning, overseeing and executing paint inputs (from a Part 145 perspective)Managing project events globally, providing support to ensure safe, efficient and effective operationAssisting with bespoke AOG solutions to a customer occurrenceMaintaining a dynamic feedback loop to ensure timely, regular and accurate communication to all internal and external key stakeholdersMaintaining an efficient and effective Station structure to support the CustomerEnsuring staffing levels and skills are sufficient to fulfil customer requirementsManaging, understanding and striving to improve business unit KPIs.In order to be successful in this role the Projects Manager will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:Management or supervisory experienceUK AML or relevant degree or qualification in Aviation EngineeringAircraft Types - A32''s (Preferred)Full driving licenceIf you think this is the role for you and you have the necessary skills and attributes, please apply today or contact JMC Recruitment for more details.Please note that due to the high level of applicants, we will only be contacting shortlisted candidates regarding this role.For this opportunity, JMC Aviation Ltd is acting as an employment agency.Seniority level
