Job Title: Recruitment Assistant – Temporary
Location: Alcester
Pay: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a temporary Recruitment Assistant to support the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will provide essential admin support across the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment team with general administrative tasks
- Posting job adverts and managing candidate responses
- Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
- Assisting with offer paperwork and pre-employment checks
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases
Skills & Experience:
- Previous administrative experience (recruitment experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using MS Office and recruitment systems
