The role This is an opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to develop their block management knowledge while supporting experienced Property Managers with residential portfolios. You''ll gain exposure to the key areas of block management while helping to provide a responsive service to residents, leaseholders and other stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day management of residential developments. Respond to resident, leaseholder and stakeholder enquiries within agreed service levels. Assist with maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and suppliers where required. Support the administration of service charge budgets and related property management processes. Assist with Section 20 consultation processes and maintain accurate records. Support the organisation and administration of AGMs and other resident meetings. Progress actions arising from property inspections, meetings and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate information across internal property management systems.
