My Client is looking for an experienced and highly organised Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate multiple construction sites across the West Midlands. This is fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, planning and problem solving skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations across various locations in the West Midlands Ensure projects are completed on time, to specification, and within budget Plan and organise materials, labour, and subcontractors efficiently Maintain a strong presence on site, ensuring productivity and quality of work Uphold and enforce Health and Safety standards in compliance with regulations Resolve issues promptly and effectively to minimise disruption Liaise with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication Monitor site progress and report regularly to senior management Carry out risk assessments and site inspections Travel between sites as required (company vehicle or mileage allowance provided) Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in a multi-site supervisor or foreman role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and practices (SSSTS or SMSTS preferred) Good understanding of West Midlands geography and efficient route planning Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Excellent organisational and ..... full job details .....
