This is a critical leadership role, ensuring that we meet and exceed our statutory obligations in areas such as gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos management, and lift maintenance.You''ll be responsible for developing and embedding a robust compliance framework, managing contractor performance, and providing assurance to senior leaders and external regulators.
