Role: Bid CoordinatorBased: Harlow plus home working available Salary: Neg plus benefits Howells are working with a leading Passive Fire Protection business that are looking to recruit a Bid Coordinator to work for their team based in Harlow.What you will be doing as Bid Coordinator:Support in the initial evaluation of opportunities in close collaboration with line managerCo-ordinating tender/enquiry deadlines, logging and categorising onto CRM systemManaging bid documentation to maintain effective record keepingAssist with and populate qualification/selection questionnaires/applicationsSupport with the formatting/quality of bid/tenders and supporting material.Ability to review client questionnaires and provide general business informationCo-ordinate clarifications during tender process to keep internal team informedAbility to manage and maintain existing bid libraryDiary management, booking of meetings to ensure bid approval process is followedCo-ordinate communication across internal teams to ensure standard information is regularly updatedLiaise with internal departments to produce timely information/pricingMaintain annual company accreditation questionnaireProvide general administrative support from time to timeOrganise and schedule meetingsProvide support where required to Sales Co-ordinator in the management of enquires What you''ll have has a Bid Coordinator:Experience:Attention to detail and strong written English skillsProficient in MS WordAbility to work ..... full job details .....
