We are looking to welcome a compassionate, flexible, and motivated Female Support Worker to our modern supported living service in St Helens, Merseyside. Our service consists of 7 purpose-built apartments, providing a safe environment which supports the independence and wellbeing of our residents with complex needs. Each apartment is fitted with bespoke technology, including fall detection and epilepsy monitoring systems. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in empowering residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You will support residents to develop the skills and confidence needed in order to make progress towards greater independence. The role will involve assisting and encouraging residents to access the local community in St. Helens - such as opportunities, activities and services. No two days will be the same in this role, as our residents love engaging in a diverse range of exciting activities, making this a varied and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be warm, positive, and committed to ensuring that our residents enjoy the highest quality of life.
