I am looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager/ Sales Engineer to join my client, a manufacturer who supply into Defence, Automotive, Oil and Gas, and other industries. The successful Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will have a proven background in mechanical engineering sales. This is a remote position, with office travel once a week in the Southeast. Package: 55,000 - 60,000 Generous Car Allowance Generous Commission Structure Employer Pension Contributions Private Medical Care (Personal and Family Cover) Responsibilities: Drive business growth in UK and EMEA with a heavy focus on new business Develop new customer account plans Work with the Senior Management team to define strategic priorities, working as part of the sales team on strategic business development initiatives Take the lead for new business and new customers, creating a solid and trusting foundation for long term partnerships.
