This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring that the housing stock remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained, while providing high-quality service to tenants. Key Responsibilities: As a Disrepair Surveyor, you will be responsible for identifying and managing disrepair issues across a portfolio of residential properties. Your main duties will include: Carrying out property inspections to assess disrepair issues reported by tenants. Preparing detailed reports, including recommendations for repair works and cost estimates. Working closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines. Managing and coordinating the resolution of disrepair claims, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Liaising with tenants to provide updates and address concerns throughout the repair process. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to disrepair inspections and repairs.
