A highly regarded international law firm is looking to strengthen its Birmingham office through the appointment of an experienced Corporate Partner. This is a key strategic hire and an excellent opportunity for an established corporate lawyer seeking a platform capable of supporting further growth within the Midlands market.

The corporate team advises an impressive portfolio of clients including private and public companies, owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and international organisations across a broad range of sectors. The successful candidate will join a collaborative national practice with an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality transactional work.

Applications are welcomed from Corporate Partners with a proven track record of advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate advisory matters.
