Behaviour Mentor , your key responsibilities will include:Providing targeted support to pupils to improve behaviour, engagement, and social-emotional developmentWorking closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective behaviour strategiesEncouraging positive behaviour and fostering respect, resilience, and responsibility among pupilsAssisting in creating an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environmentMonitoring pupil progress, maintaining records, and liaising with parents/carers when requiredQualifications/Experience
