We are seeking a Technology Resilience Specialist to play a key role in strengthening organisational resilience across applications, infrastructure, data, and operations. This role will drive critical resilience initiatives, improve our recovery capabilities, and help shape the long-term resilience strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of Resilience Deep Dive and Resilience Improvement processes within ServiceNow Continual Improvement Management (CIM).Investigate and analyse resilience vulnerability data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.Design and support the migration from existing in-house Technology Vulnerability Management tools to ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on Double Failure Resilience and Mass Disaster Recovery (DR) scenarios.Redefine and embed Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) across the organisation.Develop and promote an organisational approach to SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets, and Availability Management.Support and help shape the wider Technology Resilience Strategy, covering application, infrastructure, security, data, observability, operations, and culture.What you need to do now If you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
