An expanding organisation delivering complex construction and engineering projects across the UK is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to strengthen their on-site and project-based safety capability. The role supports a diverse portfolio of technically challenging schemes delivered within operational environments, ensuring health and safety is embedded from early planning through to site delivery and ongoing operation. This is a practical, site-focused position suited to someone who enjoys being visible on projects, working closely with teams, contractors and clients to support safe, efficient delivery.The RoleYou will play a key part in supporting projects from pre-construction through to delivery and operation, offering clear, pragmatic safety guidance that aligns with how work is actually carried out on site. Working alongside project, construction and operational teams, you will help identify and manage risks in a realistic, solutions-focused manner.
