The position is best suited for a motivated professional with a background in commercial office fit-outs, high-end residential developments, and, ideally, listed or heritage buildings. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a range of building surveying and project management services across diverse sectors. Manage and advise on party wall matters in accordance with the relevant legislation. Oversee office fit-outs, high-spec residential schemes, and projects involving heritage/listed properties. Provide expert advice to clients and act as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycles. Operate independently within a collaborative team environment, ensuring best-in-class consultancy services. Ideal Candidate Profile: MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor. Proven experience across commercial, high-end residential, and heritage property sectors. Strong working knowledge of party wall legislation and procedures. Capable of handling a mix of project management and traditional surveying duties. Excellent communication and client management skills.
