Weandrsquo;re on the hunt for a KS1 Teaching Assistant who can turn a rainy Tuesday into a magical learning adventure. Contract: Full time, November start

Salary: andpound;95-andpound;105 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Be the classroomandrsquo;s co-pilot, helping to deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Support children one-on-one and in small groups, especially those needing a little extra sparkle
• Set up learning zones that are as inspiring as they are tidy (bonus points for themed displays!)
• Encourage independence, resilience, and kindness in every little learner
• Help with reading, writing, maths, and the occasional glitter explosion
• Be a playground hero, a snack-time saviour, and a champion of andldquo;pleaseandrdquo; and andldquo;thank youandrdquo;
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support every childandrsquo;s journey

Qualifications

• A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards it)
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• A patient, positive, and proactive attitude
• A knack for storytelling, silly voices, and turning learning into play
• A DBS check (or willingness to get one)
• A genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and love school
