What We''re Looking For: Proven experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting.A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND training).A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
