DescriptionLead, coach and develop the HR team to deliver responsive and effective HR support.Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across all areas.Monitor workload distribution and team performance, identifying opportunities for development and process improvement.Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations matters including absence, conduct, performance, and grievance issues.Ensure fair and legally compliant outcomes, balancing policy with individual circumstances.Support and coach managers in preparing for and conducting formal meetings, including investigations and hearings.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers.Assist with policy interpretation and application, ensuring clarity and consistency across departmentsEnsure all HR activity is aligned with current employment legislation and company values.Contribute to the development of HR practices that reflect fairness, flexibility and operational needsBuild strong working relationships with managers and ..... full job details .....
