Finance Manager (Part time)
Seeking a part time Finance Manager to work 3 days per week in the officeManagement Accounts and ReportingPreparation and delivery of monthly management accountsFinancial reporting to the CEO and board, including commentary on performance and variancesMaintenance of budgets and forecasts, with regular updates against actualsAccruals and prepayments managementDay-to-Day Finance OperationsPurchase ledger: processing supplier invoices and managing payment runsSales ledger: raising invoices, revenue recognition, and credit controlDebt chasing and cash collectionBank and credit card reconciliations across multiple currencies (GBP, EUR, ZAR, USD)Staff expense processing and approvalBanking administrationTax, Compliance, and PayrollVAT return preparation and submissionPayroll liaison with external payroll provider, including setting up monthly paymentsPension and company health scheme administrationSales commission calculationsP11D preparation and filingRandD tax credit finance work, supporting claims and documentationYear-End and External RelationshipsLiaising with external accountants for year-end financial statements and audit preparationInsurance renewals and administrationAbout YouEssentialProven experience in a similar finance management or management accountant role, ideally within an SME environmentStrong working knowledge of QuickBooks (our core accounting platform)Comfortable managing multi-currency transactions and reconciliationsExperience with VAT returns, payroll ..... full job details .....
