Key Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day running of the pre-school under the direction of the Manager. Provide a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment that promotes learning through play. Act as a Key Worker for a small group of children, maintaining accurate developmental records and building strong relationships with families. Encourage children s development across all areas through interaction, observation, and thoughtful extension of their play. Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety at all times. Maintain confidentiality regarding children, families, and staff. Be actively involved in curriculum planning, policy development, and record keeping.
