Working closely with the Bid Manager and wider operational teams, you''ll play a key role in coordinating and producing high-quality bid submissions for public and private sector clients.This is a remote role, offering flexibility, with occasional travel into London for meetings, collaboration sessions, or key bid activities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end bid activity, ensuring deadlines and milestones are metSupport the preparation, formatting, and submission of PQQs, ITTs, and tendersLiaise with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, HR, SHEQ) to gather required informationMaintain and update bid libraries, case studies, CVs, and standard responsesEnsure all bid documentation is compliant, accurate, and professionally presentedTrack bid pipelines and maintain records of submissions and outcomesAssist with post-bid reviews and continuous improvement of bid processesAbout You:Previous experience in a bid coordination or bid support role (Facilities Management experience desirable but not essential)Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written communication and ..... full job details .....
