Forming a key member of the senior management team with overall responsibility for Engineering, Maintenance and Facilities, you will prove instrumental in driving plant performance plus supporting capital projects across the plant. The Role: The role would ideally suit someone from a volume / continuous manufacturing environment with a proven understanding of modern manufacturing methodologies where automated processes exist alongside manual operations. FMCG sector experience not essential, although a strong track record of managing an agile and close-knit team of mainly maintenance and engineering to ensure both planned and reactive maintenance and commissioning works are delivered both effectively and safely within a complex manufacturing / processing environment.
