Sterling Williams are working alongside an international Bank in London who are looking to make a permanent addition to their team in Tooting (SW17). The Relationship Support Officer (RSO) is responsible for supporting the Relationship and Branch Manager in delivering a high standard of customer service, client onboarding, AML/KYC compliance, branch operations and administrative support activities. Relationship Support Officer Permanent; full time - based in the office 5 days per week Location: Tooting, SW17 Salary: £35,000 pa plus benefits. The role acts as a key point of contact for customers and assists with account opening, customer due diligence, ongoing KYC reviews, locker operations, cash handling activities, account maintenance and various operational processes. The RSO will liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requests are processed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and Bank requirements. The role also provides administrative support to the Relationship and Branch Manager in relation to credit processing activities, including documentation gathering, system uploads, tracking approvals and maintaining records. Relationship and Customer Support Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries through telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
